1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the bajivip platform in any way — including browsing the website, downloading the bajivip app, creating an account or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and bajivip.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use bajivip. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. Bajivip recommends that all players review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2 Account Registration

To use bajivip's full range of services, you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one bajivip account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• You must register using your own personal details — not those of another person.
• Your account credentials, including your password, must be kept confidential. Bajivip is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login details.
• You must notify bajivip immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your bajivip account to any other person.
• Duplicate accounts — multiple accounts registered by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

Bajivip reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Eligibility

To register and play at bajivip, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bajiv ip enforces strict age verification and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful where you are located.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from bajivip.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or close family member of a bajivip employee where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

4 Deposits & Payments

Bajivip accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket — the three major mobile wallets used by players in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your bajivip account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Bajivip does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are held in your bajivip account balance and are available for wagering immediately after confirmation.
• Bajivip reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it is suspected to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms.

If a deposit fails to appear in your bajivip account within a reasonable time after the transaction is confirmed by your wallet provider, contact bajivip support immediately with your transaction reference number. Bajivip will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5 Withdrawals

Bajivip processes withdrawal requests to the same bKash, Nagad or Rocket wallet used for the player's most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and protect players' funds. Withdrawals to third-party wallets or different payment methods are not permitted.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Bajivip may request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in your account settings.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to verification checks.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• Bajivip reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these terms pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bajivip offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of each offer. By claiming any bajivip bonus, you agree to the terms attached to that specific promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before requirements are met will be voided along with any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless bajivip explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Bajivip reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already claimed the bonus are not disadvantaged.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic play, multiple accounts or coordinated wagering will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in account closure.
• Free spins and other non-cash bonuses are subject to their own specific terms which will be stated at the time of the offer.

Bajivip reviews bonus activity regularly. If a player's wagering pattern suggests that bonuses are being claimed in bad faith or in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, bajivip reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Bajivip is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bajivip platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets or interact with games without genuine human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or multiplayer game formats.

• Providing false information during registration, verification or any communication with bajivip support.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

Bajivip monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bajivip will act swiftly to protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all genuine players.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Bajivip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour directed at bajivip staff or other players.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under bajivip's responsible gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, bajivip reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a player's own request — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajivip's liability to any player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's bajivip account at the time the claim arises. Bajivip is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or anticipated savings arising from use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance or circumstances beyond bajivip's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind.

13 Changes to Terms

Bajivip reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bajivip will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
